The chemicals and materials for sale on this Site are intended solely for laboratory and manufacturing use only.

• They are NOT for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications.
• The listing of a material on this Site does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for, its use in infringement of any patent.
• All products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained research or laboratory professionals.

Acknowledgment of Risk: By purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their handling and use. The customer represents and warrants that they are fully aware of the health and safety hazards, industrial hygiene controls, and government regulations regarding the use of such products.

3. Age & Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase goods from this Site. Vitanx Research reserves the right to request proof of age or affiliation with a research institution prior to order fulfillment. Accounts found to be created by minors or unqualified individuals will be terminated immediately.

4. No Medical Advice

The content provided on Vitanx.com, including product descriptions, articles, and blog posts, is for informational and educational purposes only.

• No statements on this website have been evaluated by the FDA.
• Information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• We do not provide guidelines on the reconstitution or application of peptides for human use. Any communication suggesting such use will result in an immediate refusal of sale and blacklisting from our platform.

5. Payment Terms & Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Vitanx Research to capture payment for the total amount of your order from the payment method provided.

• ACH/e-Check: If paying via ACH, you authorize a single electronic debit to your account. You agree that such transactions comply with applicable law.
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to perform due diligence screening on all orders to prevent fraud. This may include verification of shipping addresses and IP locations.

6. Shipping & Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the potential for degradation if mishandled, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• No Returns: We cannot accept returns on chemical products once they have left our facility, as we cannot guarantee the chain of custody or storage conditions.
• Damaged Goods: If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact info@vintanx.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vitanx.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from:
