Return Policy
Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of lyophilized products, we cannot accept returns. Once a chemical product has left our temperature-controlled facility, we cannot guarantee its chain of custody or storage conditions, rendering it unsuitable for resale or use in other research.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us immediately. Our support team is dedicated to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with our product quality and delivery.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Our fulfillment center operates quickly, often processing orders within hours. Once the tracking number has been generated and the package has shipped, we are unable to cancel or recall the order.
